Springerle, a traditional cookie in Switzerland!



     I have a great collection of molds that I use for cookies but also for all kind of media!


        My molds are Swiss.

   
    Cookies need to dry for 24 h. before you can bake them!



   
   Here they are... you can make a little hole before baking, very pretty as ornaments!
 
     
     One of my favorite mold! Missing snow!
