Dinner tonight: Galette with mushrooms, Vidalia onions and Italian sausage

                                 Sautee onions, sausage
                                mushrooms
                                Cook onions for at least 30 minutes
                                Mix onions, mushrooms and sausage
                                Make the dough with fresh herbs
           Roll out the dough
                                Spread the mix on the dough, fold the edges of the dough
    Bake in the oven for 35 minutes...Miamh
